About This Role
You will work on both front-end and back-end development using modern technologies within a Microservice architecture, collaborating closely with business teams and technical leads. This role is ideal for someone proactive, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to mentor junior developers while staying up-to-date with the latest software trends. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Specification:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications with React front-end and Java backend in a Microservice architecture.
Strong expertise in Core Java (OOP, Collections, Threads, Exception Handling, Regex), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Hibernate, JSP, REST APIs, Microservices, React, JavaScript, NPM, CSS, Jest/JUnit, and Robot Framework.
Hands-on with Databases: MongoDB (and Compass), Oracle (and Toad); Queuing: ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka; Caching: Redis, Hazelcast.
Familiar with DevOps & Tools: XLD/XLR, Jenkins, Apache, SauceLabs, Chrome DevTools, Postman, Splunk, Jira, GIT.
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Up-to-date with the latest technologies, coding standards, design patterns, and test-driven development.
Additional Roles and Competencies:
Collaborate with analysts, tech leads, and business owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Create and optimize database schemas; implement and debug features; resolve production issues.
Mentor junior developers and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and performant code.
Participate in all phases of SDLC and assist in functional & technical documentation.
Strong soft skills: Agile/Scrum practices, testing, iterative development, self-starter, collaborative, responsive to feedback, analytical thinking, and excellent communication.
