About This Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Java + React) to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work on both front-end and back-end development using modern technologies within a Microservice architecture, collaborating closely with business teams and technical leads. This role is ideal for someone proactive, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to mentor junior developers while staying up-to-date with the latest software trends. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Specification:
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Design and implement complex business processes using Salesforce workflows, process builder, and triggers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform data migrations and integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed in all development activities.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to improve our Salesforce environment continuously.
Additional Roles and Competencies:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Salesforce Developer certification (preferred).
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science
